Retired - Forever homes
At Zarate Labradors, occasionally we have exceptional adults available to approved homes! Our dogs are first and always family. When one of our dogs retires from our breeding program, it is never the end of her story — it is the beginning of a new chapter.
These dogs have given so much love and devotion, and now they deserve a home where they can simply be cherished companions. Placing a retired is a thoughtful and careful process. We are committed to finding homes where they will be Loved as a true member of the family and provided with a safe home environment. If you are open to welcoming a wonderful adult Labrador into your heart and home, we would love to hear from you.

April is a beautiful English Labrador, she is 4 years old with a loving heart, an energetic spirit, and a deeply loyal nature! She is affectionate, intelligent, and full of personality, the kind of companion who loves being involved in everyday life and thrives on connection with her people also has a more active personality and enjoys regular exercise, outdoor adventures and playtime. She would flourish in a home where she can be included in daily activities and given the attention and activity she enjoys so much. April has so much love to give, and our greatest wish is to find her a forever home where she will be truly cherished, understood, and given the happy, fulfilling life she deserves.

Osa is a beautiful 5-year-old chocolate English Labrador with an exceptionally gentle and affectionate soul. She is the kind of dog who naturally seeks closeness with her people and forms deep emotional bonds with those around. Her loving nature and calm personality make her an incredibly comforting companion. While many Labradors are known for their love of water, Osa is happiest staying dry and enjoying the quieter side of life. She prefers peaceful moments, soft attention, and simply being near the people she loves most. Whether resting at your feet or following you from room to room, Osa’s greatest joy is companionship. She is calm, well-balanced, and wonderfully sweet-tempered, making her an ideal fit for a home that values affection, patience, and a relaxed environment. Osa truly has a heart full of love, and we hope to find a forever family who will cherish the gentle devotion she gives so naturally.
